Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Drawbom services (the "Service") operated by Gluon (the "Company").
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms define the conditions, procedures, and responsibilities between the Company and users for the AI image generation service.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" refers to AI-based image generation and related services.
- "User" refers to members who agree to these terms and use the Service.
- "Credits" refers to virtual payment units used for image generation.
- "Paid Service" refers to services requiring payment such as credit top-ups and subscriptions.
Article 3 (Terms Validity & Changes)
These terms become effective when posted on the service or notified to users.
The Company may revise these terms within legal limits.
Changes will be announced 7 days before the effective date.
Article 4 (Service Provision)
The Company provides the following services:
- AI-based image generation
- Storage and management of generated images
- Credit top-up and payment services
- Other services as determined by the Company
Article 5 (Membership)
Users apply for membership by filling out the required form and agreeing to these terms.
The Company may reject applications in the following cases:
- Using another person's identity
- Providing false information
- Cases that significantly impact service operation
Article 6 (Credit Top-up & Usage)
Users can top up credits through payment methods designated by the Company.
Topped-up credits can only be used for image generation within the Service.
Member topped-up credits have no expiration for usage, but refund period is limited to 1 year from payment date.
Guest (non-member) credit validity and refund period is limited to 30 days from payment date.
Guest 1-hour trial package is valid for 1 hour only from payment, and credits cannot be used after expiration.
Guest credits are automatically transferred when registering with the same email.
Credit usage details are available on the My Page.
Topped-up credits cannot be transferred between members.
Single top-up amount ranges from 1,000 to 100,000 KRW.
Article 7 (Cancellation & Refund)
Credit refunds are processed through the original payment method.
Unused credits can be cancelled and refunded based on the original payment amount.
Used credits cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Refunds are available for payment errors or service disruptions caused by the Company.
Member credits can be used, cancelled, or refunded within 1 year of payment.
Guest (non-member) credits can be used, cancelled, or refunded within 30 days of payment.
Article 8 (Service Restrictions)
The Company may restrict service use in the following cases:
- Using the service for illegal purposes
- Damaging others' reputation or causing harm
- Generating adult, violent, or hateful content
- Infringing intellectual property rights
- Interfering with normal service operation
- Violating relevant laws or these terms
Article 9 (Copyright & IP Rights)
Copyright of images generated through the Service belongs to the user.
Users can freely use generated images for personal and commercial purposes.
Users are responsible if generated images infringe on others' copyrights.
The Company may use generated images for service promotion.
Article 10 (Limitation of Liability)
The Company is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure.
The Company is not liable for service issues caused by user negligence.
The Company is not liable for results users fail to achieve or damages from content selection.
Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)
Disputes shall be resolved through mutual consultation.
If consultation fails, the competent court shall be determined by civil procedure law.
Matters not specified in these terms shall follow relevant laws and customs.

These terms are effective from December 13, 2025.
