Refund Policy

Drawbom prioritizes customer satisfaction. Below is our refund policy for credit purchases.

Important Notice

  • Member topped-up credits have no expiration for usage, but refund period is limited to 1 year from payment.
  • Guest (non-member) credit validity and refund period is limited to 30 days from payment.
  • Guest 1-hour trial package is valid for 1 hour only and cannot be refunded after expiration.
  • Refunds are only processed through the original payment method.
  • Credits cannot be transferred between members.

Refundable Cases

1. Unused Credit Refund

  • Unused credits can be cancelled and refunded after purchase.
  • Unused credits are refunded based on the original payment amount.
  • Member credit refund requests must be made within 1 year of payment.
  • Guest (non-member) credit refund requests must be made within 30 days of payment.

2. Refund for Company-caused Issues

  • Payment errors caused by the Company
  • Service interruptions caused by the Company
  • Refunds can be requested for the above cases.

3. Subscription (Billing) Refund

  • Full refund is available if service is not used within 7 days of subscription payment.
  • After using the service during subscription period, refund will be calculated on a prorated basis for remaining period.
  • If cancelled before the next billing date, the next payment will not be processed.
  • Service remains available until the end of the current subscription period after cancellation.

Non-refundable Cases

  • Used credits cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Member credits older than 1 year cannot be refunded.
  • Guest (non-member) credits older than 30 days cannot be refunded.
  • Service restrictions due to terms violations
  • Free credits from promotions or events

Non-refundable Subscription Cases

  • If all credits provided during subscription period have been used
  • If more than 7 days have passed after subscription payment and service has been used (only prorated refund available)
  • Service restrictions due to terms violations

Refund eligibility will be reviewed within 1-3 business days. Refund amount is determined after checking unused credits.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds are completed within 3-7 business days after approval. Processing time may vary by card company.
